Our Services
What We Offer
Therapeutic Residential Care Tailored to Each Child’s Needs
At Chase Haven Care Services, we offer specialised residential care for children and young people aged 8 to 17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). Our approach is rooted in trauma-informed practice and the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy), ensuring every child receives care that is compassionate, consistent, and personalised.
Residential Care
We provide 24/7 care in a warm, safe and structured home environment. Our home supports up to three children, allowing for individual attention and a family-style atmosphere.
Therapeutic Approach
Our care is guided by trauma-informed principles to support emotional healing and behavioural development. Each child receives an individualised care plan tailored to their specific needs and experiences.
Education, Life Skills and Preparation for Adulthood
At Chase Haven Care Services, we recognise that every child’s journey goes beyond the here and now it’s about preparing them for a fulfilling, independent future. Alongside providing a safe, therapeutic home, we place a strong focus on education, helping each young person engage with learning in a way that suits their needs and ambitions.
We also support children in developing essential life skills from practical daily tasks like cooking, budgeting and self-care, to building confidence, managing emotions and forming healthy relationships.
Our dedicated team works closely with each child to set goals and build the knowledge and resilience they need for preparation for adulthood, empowering them to move forward with hope, stability and the skills to thrive in the wider world.
We work in a collaborative way with multiagency and local authorities
Safeguarding and Protection from Harm
At Chase Haven Care Services, safeguarding and protection from the risk of harm are at the very heart of our day-to-day practice. We understand that many of the children we care for have faced significant challenges and vulnerabilities — which is why creating a safe, stable environment is our absolute priority.
We are committed to contextual safeguarding, recognising that risks to children’s safety can exist both inside and outside the home, including within peer groups, schools and the wider community. Our staff are trained to identify, assess and respond to all safeguarding concerns, ensuring each child is protected from harm in every context of their lives.
Robust, up-to-date safeguarding policies and procedures underpin all that we do, providing clear guidance for our team and ensuring best practice is followed at all times. We work in close collaboration with local authorities, schools, social workers, health professionals and other safeguarding partners to share information swiftly and effectively. This joined-up approach ensures every child’s welfare remains central, risks are minimised and individual needs are met.
Through our commitment to strong safeguarding practice and effective multi-agency working, we help each child feel safe, valued and supported as they build brighter, more secure futures.
